This is really good for flying bosses because I put my tank upfront, followed by the dark spear troll with my leader, and if my leader takes damage because of his ability, he steals the life of his enemy. You could also have the lying troop above leveling up your troops. Also, if you are attacking the leader, they are focused on your tanks and all of the other troops when you can spawn the skeleton party behind them to do some good damage. you could use the execute to knock back and deal damage to that opponents leader.
