THE ZUG
- Combo tank team will be Harvest Golem (HG) + Faire Dragon (FD). This will slow opponents in their tracks a lot.
- Summon Cenarius to root them in place. Try having HG out before you do. He is a great support and range mini for him. Always keep in hand for a huge root stall.
- Summon Murloc Tide hunters (MT) whenever you need to contest gold mines or chests. Great against range minis and can survive a Dragon Breath (with skill).
- Summon Quilboar contest gold, turn towers , or outright tank something to stall time.
- Summon Shaman whenever you need to heal base or have extra heals for your ZUG.
- Use Chain Lightning to deny their Kobolds and other low units. It can also be used to remove stealth.

Counter Measures
- Got a bad hand that doesn't have your ZUG? Summon low cost minis to cycle your hand. Always try to hide your Cenarius ability whenever you start the game.
- Watch for Dragon Breath. It can easily take out your ZUG because of how grouped your team will be. Try to play around it by pressuring both sides before committing to a ZUG

Substitutes
- Ghoul (Bone Shield): Great low cost cycle mini that can replace HG. If you can get his Bone Shield up, you can tank for days.
- Witch Doctor (Spirit Ward): A low cost cycle mini with great support to your team. If played right, your team will survive a lot longer and can negate a Dragon Breath. Only problem is that he needs to kill a mini for the shield to go off, so Dragon Breath will kill him before that.
- Gryphon Rider (Mighty Throw): It can also be used for aerial coverage. It dies really quickly to Dragon Breath.
