This is the tank bounty hunter builder. The gadget power shield allows you to receive a shield from a shot and receive full ammo to spam out quick shots against nearby enemies. To the max starpower allows you to stay at your level 2 throughout the entire game which is perfect since when you are a level 1 surge, you are super slow and vulnerable making it difficult to attack enemies. The speed gear allows you to get closer to enemies, specifically when you are a level 1. This allows you to hit your shots faster and keep up with faster enemies. Damage gear allows you to spam out high damaging blasts
