Painting the Art of Winning

Otis attacks by shooting 3 blobs of paint. His super shoots a starfish that if it hits the opponent, it poisons the opponent for a short amount of time and also stops the opponent from attacking for a short period. The gadget I use shoots a giant ink ball that leaves a giant puddle that damaged the opponent of they go into the puddle. The star power I use makes it so that if the opponent gets hit by the starfish, they cannot attack for longer. The gears I use give an extra gadget use and makes it so that your super charges 10% faster. The gadget I use, Phat Splatter, is very good as:
1. It can team wipe in various modes
2. It can be used to stop them from getting through in various modes
3. It can be used to corner people in various modes.
So basically, the gadget improves your offense and defense in any mode(excluding special events)The star power I use, Stencil Glue is very op and unfair to the opponent as:
1. You can get an easy score by stunning the opponent before scoring in Brawl Ball/Basket Brawl
2. You can use your starfish then use your gadget to get lots of damage done to the opponent in multiple modes
3. You can shoot your starfish at an opponent and let someone else kill the opponent in Solo Showdown.
4. You can team wipe the opponent(s)
5. You can spawn kill the opponent(s)
6. You can corner the opponent then use your super then attack.
7. You can bait them then, once they come out, you use your super and attack them
8. You could get a super, use it on someone, attack until you have another super, then repeat the process.
9. If you’re about to die. Use your super and run away
10. Hit and run until you get your super then super them and attack them.
So in conclusion, the star power Stencil Glue is probably the best star power in the game.The first gear, the gadget gear is good for Otis because you get to have 4 gadget uses so you now have an op character that has an insane offense and defense capability. The second gear, the super gear is good for Otis because you get to have a better version of all the things I listed above about the star power, Stencil Glue. So you now have the best star power in the game(probably) enhanced.
