Gain 15% Speed increase when moving in bushes.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.

So, Doug is a mythic brawler that's underrated and lowkey hated on for no reason when he's better then Jacky, and RT combined when used right. His extra mustard his great for tank, and assassin detonation I use it almost like a Shelly super. I can smell what you're thinking already Doug sucks and that Starpower is even worse, and you'd be right if Frank, Buzz, and Edgar didn't exist little health increase is everything when fighting health draining or quick health gaining brawlers and pipers. Speed same reason you run speed gear on Jacky does lots of juicy damage up-close that's why strength gear.

Duo Showdown
There has been an unholy amount that my little sister who is a Leon main has been kill stacking and my super has saved both her and me.
Brawl Ball
Just like Jacky when you prove you know what you're doing people will be scared to grab the ball.
Hot Zone
Same reason RT and Jacky are valid here.
Works Well With
Leon
My little sister mains him and we always win.
Bibi
My older brother mains her and we always win.
Spike
My other older brother mains him and we always win. Alright lemme stop
but you get what I mean he pairs up great with quick health busters.
