Colt's attack range and bullet speed are increased by 11%.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Reload Speed
15% faster Reload.
Guide
Level 10 or 11 are both ok though 11 would be better
Gadgets:
Silver bullet: my choice as you can break walls which could be to your advantage esp in brawl ball or thrower maps
Speedloader: could be useful if you're out of ammo and/or if you're about to die
Star powers:
Slick boots: colt don't need to be fast and if you move while attacking you might miss more bullets. However it can deal with assassins well as colt would only be slightly slower then them
Magnum special: very useful as you won't get outranged making him unstoppable
Gears:
dealing damage is fun. Besides he would be broken with this gear
Reload spd is the obvious choice as like dmg it makes him broken too
Spd could fight against assassins if you don't want slick boots
All others are ok
Game Modes
Knockout
High dps and long range
Duo Showdown
Can two shot power boxes and when paired with a skilled tank/support he is unkillable
Duels
High dps and slick boots to counter assasins
Magnum special can counter pipers
Works Well With
Doug
Heals colt while he gets da kills
Nani
Another long ranged brawler who can absolutely piper hits with return to sender. As they both have high damage a good team in duo sd
Bull
Good tank who helps colt defend against assassins
