Gain 15% Speed increase when moving in bushes.

El promo is insane in brawl ball and his gadget can help in hotzone blocking people from zones el promo is not the fastest brawlers so the fast gear helps the shield gadget also helps el primo stand against long distance brawlers who otherwise would smother him el primo counters brawlers such as Edgar griff and other short range brawlers because he has lots of health el primo needs a team mate with long range or he will struggle in team modes.
