This build is my main go to when playing with bull, hopefully you like it too.
Stomper
Bull can interrupt his Super charge and slow all nearby opponents with a massive stomp for 1.5 seconds.
Tough Guy
When Bull falls below 40% health, he gains a shield that reduces all damage he takes by 30%.
Super Charge
Super charges 10% faster.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.

So, let's give a basic rundown of the build.The gadget is really a no brainer. Being able to stop with your super will allow you to actually do some damage. The sp is actually different depending on game mode. Tough guy everywhere besides heist.Gears are personal choice. I like being aggressive so I use damage and super charge, but replace super charge with health or shield if you're more of a passive player.
