This build is mostly to be used in Hot Zone Gamemode, but you can also easily use it in another gamemodes, since his second gadget and his first star power are probably the best ones for him.
Cryo Syrup
Instantly adds 50% freeze meter to opponents inside Lou's Super.
Supercool
Opponents standing on Lou's Super area get frozen 33% faster.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.
Super Charge
Super charges 10% faster.
Guide
Main Attack - Brain Freeze
Lou's attack will be used to freeze his enemies as fast as possible, so your enemies can't get to the zone and capture it.
So, try to freeze and kill your enemies as soon as possible.Super - Can-Do
In his Super, your opponents will slip and consequently, lose a bit the control of themselves.
So, make sure to throw it in the zone to leave your opponent without reaction, freeze it with your attack and make your kill.Gadget - Cryo Syrup > Power Level 7
This gadget will help you freeze your enemies faster. So, the ideal decision is to take advantage of the possibility of freezing many brawlers at the same time.
This means that, once there are, at least, two enemie brawlers on your Super area, use your gadget and spam your attack to freeze them and/or make them slip to control the area.
Sure, if you are in an emergency situation and really need to control an area, you can use your gadget in only one brawler to freeze and kill it, and that's still ok.
But once you can have some type of advantage, try to use it in your favor.First gear - Damage > Power Level 8
This gear will help Lou to get kills easier while freezing his enemies.
It could also be replaced by Gadget Charge gear to freeze your enemies even faster and easier.Star Power - Supercool > Power Level 9
The idea is the same of the other topics above: freezing your enemies even faster and easier.
There's not much to talk about.Second gear - Super Charge > Power Level 10
I'm not pretty sure if this gear really changes in the Super charging (this might be stupid, but some brawlers don't change at all with this gear, but I'm pretty sure that's not the case with Lou), but anyways, the idea is still the same as the other topics above.Hypercharge - Slushie Storm > Power Level 11
The Hypercharge is the best way to freeze your enemies fast (that is the main idea for this brawler), since it literally freezes the enemie brawlers instantly when launched.
Like the gadget, try to take advantage of its big area and insane kill opportunities.CompositionsFor his compositions, the other brawlers on his team should be natural good control brawlers to help him with the control, like Amber, or tank brawlers to capture the zones, like Frank (I'm going to explain the reasons below).That was the main guide!
Even through this is a Hot Zone build, it can still be used on another gamemodes, like I said above.
And, as you could probably note, this build is very based in freezing constantly your enemies with Lou.

Game Modes
Hot Zone
Since this build is mostly made for Hot Zone, like said above, it's the best mode for him.
Not much to say here, just freeze your enemies fast and get your kills, like said in the main guide.
Works Well With
Amber
Like said in the main guide, Amber is a good controller that can help Lou with, for example, her mythic gear (so Lou can hit his enemies easier with his attack or his Super, also leaving the opponents for even longer in the Lou's Super because of Amber's slow).
I know, it's a little strange to mix a fire brawler with an ice one, but it still works somehow. Well, Brawl Stars doesn't have such amazing logic, as you can see.
Frank
Frank is pretty broken right now, and he can be insane on Hot Zone for capturing zones and killing the enemy brawlers as well.
He also can stun enemies, so Lou can charge his Super easier since the opponent brawler is stunned.
