Best Overall Ruffs Build

I will break down every part of his kit and explain what they are good/bad at. And why I think the Gadget/Star Power that I chose was the bestGadgets: Take Cover: This is the gadget that I believe is the best for Ruffs overall. My reasoning behind this being that it can save your life against sharpshooters. If a Piper shoots at you for example you can pop your gadget so that a sandbag soaks the shot. This is especially useful when your at low health. Air Support: You should only use this gadget in Hot Zone or if you’re newer to Ruffs. This is because it’s only good at forcing players out of an area. The rockets will almost never actually do damage due to them taking so long to landStar Powers: Air Superiority: I believe this is the better Star Power in most cases. The ability to break walls gives your more control and also makes it easier to deal with throwers. The extra damage is not as helpful but it can help you pick up kills easier. This is a must have for brawl ballField Promotion: You should only use this in Duo Showdown and Hot Zone. Even then it’s equal to or worse than Air Superiority in my opinion. You only get value if your constantly next to your teammates.
