Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.

Caramelize can allow you to kill fast brawler, but Cookie Crumbs is better because an attack while you are hidden behind a wall can turn a game right into killing another player thinking they are getting to safety. - Mandy Star Power
For activate her Star Powers, Mandy musts stops moving. In My Sights can in open maps making shots touch target much easier, so you charge faster your super, who is very powerful. The shield gived by Hard Candy can be interesting on a sniper, but I think faster projectiles are better. - Mandy Gears
You need almost almost always take Shield on snipers, more life is always welcomed on a fragile brawler. Damage is also very good on snipers, because taking a shot can let you get out of a embarrassing situation against another long-ranged brawler. - Mandy Strengths

But at short range she is bad against assassins (like Melodie, Lily or Buzz) or against throwers (like Dynamike, Tick or Grom) if the place is interesting for them.
Game Modes
Wipeout
I think Mandy is the best brawler in Wipeout, because of the insane maps for her very long range and some protections, and you can chain your supers on poor enemies who can’t do anything.
Knockout
Knockout is the ultimate sniper gamemode once again by his maps, open with some walls.
Bounty
If you play Ranked, Bounty is the substitute of Wipeout, with almost the same goal, just the maps are a little bit badder for Mandy.
Works Well With
Draco
Tanks like Draco, Bibi or Frank can help you against assassins and throwers, who can counter Mandy.
Colt
Anti-tanks like Colt, Shelly or Rico can help you against tanks, who can counter Mandy.
Melodie
Assassins like Melodie, Lily or Buzz can help you against throwers, who can counter Mandy.
Kit
Because a support like Kit, Max or Byron is always good :)
