Just sharing my Willow build. Doesn't focus on anything special, just the base Willow playstyle.
Dive
Willow dives for 2 seconds, becoming untargetable but unable to take any action for the duration.
Obsession
Hexed enemies gain 33% movement speed while mind controlled.
Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Vision
Reveal opponents for 2 seconds after dealing damage to them.

Gadget :
Dive is used whenever finishing off an enemy or whenever near teammates.Star Power :
Faster Hexed enemies give ample time to damage enemy brawlers.Gears :
Shield gear - Few extra brawlers need one more ammo to take out Willow. (Mortis cannot 3 shot Willow)
Vision gear - Helps to track enemy brawler movement effectively.Willow is best for mid-ranged combat maps, 1v2 situations and counter for aggressive brawlers like Jacky, Bibi, Bull, Fang, etc. Willow's super is mostly auto-aimed when it comes to these aggressive brawlers, if not it needs to be aimed to control other brawlers.Try to use your super quite often, missing is alright in some situations because it allows Willow to ambush with an immediate super (Right after charging).Special Interactions :
Willow can stop a goal in Brawl Ball if you use your super on the enemy brawler who shot the ball. (Works in Basket Brawl as well)
Willow can stop a hexed teammate with her own super.
Willow cannot be stopped while using her super even if she is knocked back.
RT split form can still damage Willow with the legs.
Willow can steal enemy pets/turrets if she controls the enemy brawler while they are placing the pets/turrets. (Unlikely to happen often)
Game Modes
Hot Zone
Recommend the map 'Split'.
Hold your ground and use your super to walk the enemy out or take out another enemy brawler.
Brawl Ball
Recommend the maps 'Encirclement', 'Beach Ball' and 'Sneaky Fields'.
Works well here in general.
Duels
Works everywhere when there is a two-wide wall to hide behind.
Works Well With
Bull
Hexed enemy destroyer.
Sandy
Ambush Super with Sandy Super.
Griff
A brawler which can hold ground.
