Gadget: water balloons. If you manage to hit someone with it its basically a free kill.
I wil explain later why its better than the other one

I decided to get this starpower because hank really needs resistance as it can be quite hard for him to hit long range enemies so he has to be able to resist the hit of the enemy brawlers until he reaches them.
Also, i feel like having 20% shield near walls is way more useful than a 40% shield for a few seconds(because hank can really benefit from walls as he can attack from behind them so i general you should always stay close to walls with hank), thats why i picked first gadget.
Gear 1: damage gear. As hank needs to constantly charge his bubble it will actually be really difficult for him to be able to be at high health. making this gear really useful.
Gear 2: health gear. When Hank doesnt recharge his bubble to heal, he has to do it fast or else the enemies will take advantage of his vulnerability. Health gear is ideal for this.
